Hi,

is anybody currently working on a Coldfire-Port. I know that Dr. Erik Lins
had planned some activities, is there someone else?

In the next few months I can put a student on this task but am afraid to
overstrain him, if there is nobody else (but me) to support him.

The coldfire 5282 seems to be a suitable device for Nut/OS (512kB Flash,
64kB RAM, Ethernet,CAN,several UARTS, A/D, ...) and there are nice
Evaluation Kits available
(e.g. M5282Lite
http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=M5282LITE&nod
eId=018rH3YTLC00M9
or DIL-Net PC http://www.dilnetpc.com/dnp0053.htm )

As far as I know, there are no boards available without external memory.

If anybody is working or planning a Coldfire Port, please contact me.

Robert
