[En-Nut-Announce] Webpage Update

Hi,

While more people become involved in the Ethernut
project, it is very difficult for the maintainer
to keep up with all the contributed goodies.

Because of the large number of Nut/OS users, we
have to be more conservative to code changes and
carefully check design alternatives. This requires
extra time and the pile of patches and extensions
keeps growing.

I've therefore created a project webpage to present
latest contributions, which didn't make it into the
official distribution yet.
