[En-Nut-Announce] Ethernut 1.3: Wrong Jumper Configuration

Almost all documents including the schematics show or describe
the wrong jumper setting for JP2. Furthermore, for some months
boards had been shipped with this wrong setting as well.

Both jumpers for the RTS/CTS handshake (JP2, near the RS232 connector)
need to connect pins 1 with 2 and 3 with 4. You may alternatively
remove these two jumpers.

We do not have a feasible explanation why this hasn't been
discovered earlier and are sorry for any trouble this may
have caused.
