[En-Nut-Announce] Nut/OS Version 4.0.3 Bugfix Release Available

* arch/arm/os/nutinit.c: For the AT91 the spurious interrupt
handler has been added, which fixes SF 1440948.

* include/arch/arm/atom.h: SF 1440949 fixed (FIQ never enabled).

* arch/arm/dev/ostimer_at91.c: The system timer configuration
was based on a fixed MCU clock of 66.6 MHz. Now it uses the
specified frequency.
