[En-Nut-Announce] Configurator 2.0.4

Obviously several problems exist with the Configurator delivered with 
Nut/OS 4.6 and 4.7. Some options are not enabled and the related 
settings are not stored in include/cfg/XXX.h.

So far the following bad results had been discovered:

1. Medianut 2 not working with Ethernut 3.
2. No network connection on Ethernut 1.3 Rev-G and Rev-H.

As a workaround you may remove the "requires" lines from the related 
entries in the Lua scripts (conf/XXX.nut).
