[En-Nut-Announce] Ethernut 5 Boot Loading

Booting of Ethernut 5 is a two-stage process. The first stage boot
loader, SAMBoot, is a few kBytes in size only. It simply transfers the
second stage boot loader from serial Flash memory to SDRAM. This second
boot loader, named Das U-Boot, is able to boot an operating system
kernel from a variety of storage devices and via network.
