Wopeeee. That got me started :-)
In addition to -g, I also include the -export-dynamic switch.
And together with beta5 of objtool.exe, I am now debugging happily away.
INCLUDING watching variables :-)

AvrStudio 3.55 crashes every now and then, but that might be because I am
simulating everything. Tonight I'll go home and try it with the JTAG ICE.
