[En-Nut-Discussion] HOW TO USE SPI UART FUNCTIONS

All UartSpi functions were used with a special
hardware, based on AT90S2313 as UARTs. I'm
currently switching to ATmega128 using TWI.
So, if nobody is using the UartSpi functions,
they may be scrapped in the future.
