RS232 levels on pin 7,8 of the 9 pin D connector. You need to
solder R16 and R17 (short the pads) on the bottom of the board.
Or TTL levels on pin 52, 53 of J5, expansion connector (R16, 17 off).
Be careful with the soldering iron on the pads, they are going
off very quickly. It wasn't a very good idea to use short pads
for people that are switching frequently port D for second uart
and general IO, or use RS232 levels and TTL levels. My board is
already suffering.
