Hi Dan,

If both red LEDs are lit, then the board is in programming mode.

This may be caused by:

1. Jumper on J4
2. PC parallel port in wrong mode with STK200/300 ISP Adapter
3. ISP Adapter malfunction
4. Ethernut is broken.
