[En-Nut-Discussion] Anyone have CodeVision port of ethernut??

I have no problem creating debuggable/steppable multi-file projects
with CodeVision (>10,000 lines of code). It seems to suck all the
source properly from all source files and embed them into one file, and
I can single step / debug without any errors. It's clunky, but has
saved a world of time using the ICE instead of adding debug printf()'s
at every suspect point.

I have not been able to do this with avr-gcc. I couldn't get the
latest version of ethernut (2.5.91 when I tried) to work with
ImageCraft, and the previous versions were crashing consistently. So
using that for automating the COFF generation worked.

Maybe I'm doing something completely wrong with the setup here.
