[En-Nut-Discussion] 9 bit support for Uarts implemented

Hi

We have implemented changes to the Nutos libraries to support 9 bit uart 
communications.  Does anyone have interest in this?  It seems to hold up 
well in our application but it would be good to have someone else test 
it prior to submitting for inclusion in Nutos.

Harald - is this the best approach?
