[En-Nut-Discussion] UART_MF_NOBUFFER

Hi Harald,

I'm finally moving to v3.2.1 and have noticed that UART_MF_NOBUFFER is set
during UartAvrInit and that there is, as far as I can see, no ioctl to turn
it off.

Is there a reason why it is like this ?
