[En-Nut-Discussion] Eboot DHCP problem

Right now egnite are delivering Ethernuts with two new
programming options:

1. The new ISP Adapter emulates an STK500 and is connected
to the serial port. It works with AVR Studio (except EEPROM
programming).

2. In addition to Basemon, a new bootloader has been
preloaded into the device. It requires 2k words only,
in opposite to 4k works of the old one. And it works
with tftpd32 (http://tftpd32.jounin.net/).

We are currently too busy with PPP, but I'll try to publish
the bootloader and the programmer schematics in the next days.
