[En-Nut-Discussion] ImageCraft library libnutcrtf.a

Hi, 

    building the libnutcrtf.a in/for ImageCraft iccavr is simple. Use the content of makefile_gcc for seeing the difference between libnutcrt.a and libnutcrtfa.a and make your own library(s). Librarian name is ilibw.exe. Compile the sourcecode.c using iccavr and make your library usind ilibw -a mylibrary.a myobject.o.
