Johnny,

for Ethernut 1.3 please check:
http://www.ethernut.de/en/jtag/jtagconn.html

The adapter shown came with our ATJTAGICE. However, the ATJTAGICE
costs about 300 US$.

Our board manufacturer is currently producing four
prototypes of
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/freeice
But it may take months until all hardware and software parts
are working flawlessly.

Considerations for your shopping plans:

Ethernut 2 (yes, we finally start shipping in about two weeks)
provides a jumper to select between ISP/JTAG, so no adapter
required.

Some other advantages:
- 512k RAM
- 10/100 MBit Ethernet
- RS485

Main disadvantages:
- Draws about 400 mA
- Regulator and Ethernet Controller getting more than warm
- Slightly higher price

Harald
