* Tested with WinAVR-20030913

* app/httpd/httpserv.c: Using strtok and portable
version of strtok_r.

* crt/srttok_r.c: Incompatible strtok_r marked
deprecated and removed from GCC compile.

* os/nutinit.c: XRAMEND replaced by NUTRAMEND to avoid
GCC conflicts.

* app/nutpiper/player.c: Include file sequence changed.

* app/nutpiper/scanner.c: dito.
