[En-Nut-Discussion] Build nutconf in cygwin

Hi Lars,

On Windows I use MSVC 6.0 and didn't try Cygwin so far. Any reason
for not using the pre-compiled binary from nut302c.exe?

I'd be happy to know, that it compiles on Cygwin too, but don't
have the time to try this right now.
