eboot is for Ethernut 1.3. Use appload instead.

 From you next post I assume that you're using AVR Studio.
There should be no problem. Did you erase the device
before flashing.

Thaks for the advice, but how do I compile for IccAvr?
Is there some kind of port for it? hex file available?
