Almost, but that doesn't relieve me from notifying the threads blocking
on NutTcpSend/Receive, does it? Ah, that may happen later automatically
when NutTcpStateCloseEvent initiates NutTcpStateChange etc... Okay, I
probably was (or am) blinded by the API documentation bit that says
"the application must not use the socket after this call." (but *during*
the call it maybe is allowed to do...)
