[En-Nut-Discussion] Hardware Question -- PCB Layout help?

Hi everyone,

I'm using the Ethernut in a project here at work, and will need to lay out a
circuit board with all the
fun stuff we're tacking onto it.  The thing is, we never discussed anything
as practical as PCB
layout when I was in college!

I know that at least some readers of this list are making their own boards
to use with the Ethernut.
Could anyone suggest good book or other starting point for PCB design?
(I've done simple PCBs for
low-speed analog stuff, but never anything with signals measured in MHz!)
