Harald,

We have just finished producing a commercial mini version of an Ethernut
board.  I use the Microchip MCP120 family of reset generators.  Cheap,
small package and readily available.  We have this board designed into
three products used in our main product family.

this chip caused one of the major sourcing problems
for Ethernut 1.3, so I was happy to get rid of it.
