[En-Nut-Discussion] Ethernut2 w/realtek

The packet whacker only has leads for the following pins to the realtek
chip
A[0-4]
INT0
D[0-7]
IOWB
IORB
JP
VDD
GND
RESET
NIC_EN is driven by the xilinx CPLD which has the same pinouts and
functionality as the one described on ethernut.de. SO Since there is no
enable pin on the packetwhacker i decided to OR the IOWB and IORB pins
with the NIC_EN as the chip select. Still having trouble getting it to
work, i get link on the switch but when i check the switches MAC address
table no MAC address shows up for the port. I'm using the
nut/app/httpd/httpserv.c as the test program.
