[En-Nut-Discussion] Numerous LASTACK

Hi,

Oliver tested his modifications with Ethernut2 (SMC driver). I tested it 
(tcpsm 1.12 with nicrtl 1.5 - original tx packet approach) on Charon II boards.

Anyhow these changes brought improvement to reliability, no more lost FIN 
packets. I was able to access devices over a WAN (2x WiFi). XML file over a 
http was working for 2 days on a local LAN with 1 second refresh interval. 
3 http threads were cyclicly used, http 1.0 style (no persistent 
connections, socket close after every transfer).
