[En-Nut-Discussion] AVRSTudio 4.09 and egnite STK500 dongle?

Hi

 Anyone tried to use avrstudio 4.09 and the "stk500" dongle from egnite?

Is there problems with this combination? The STK500 program in avrstudio
4.09,
complains about the firmware in the dongle is to old, and wants to update it
with a
new version. Thís fails as it is not a real STK500 dongle..

It is possible to continue using the old software version of the dongle, but
they
don't recomend it

So is there problems? Is there an upgrade for the egnite "stk500" available?
or?
