Well, obviously it is a important thing for you and surely for other
advanced users, to count the packets over a gprs connection, I suggest to
add your extensions to Nut/OS encapsulated in #ifdef .. #endif statements.
This way ensures, that other users doesn't waste some RAM and ROM, if they
don't need the packet count.

You have simply to add one define in userconf.mk and that's all.
