Yes, try appicc/httpd. You are using ICC, if I remember
correctly.

Yes, at least a few users had written such an app (Cosmin?).
But there's no public code I know of. Take a look at
http://www.freesoft.org/CIE/Topics/94.htm
or other sources. Actually SMTP it's quite simple a good
starting point.
