 For Ethernut1, click ATMEGA 128 and RTL8019!

Harald, my version of nutconf.exe doesn't have an option for Ethernut 1.
It has target ATmeg128 or ATmega103, Compiler, ISP Adapter and Ethernet
chip. My platform will be running an ATMega128 so I have that selected.

Joe,

run nutconf.exe on Win32 or ./configure on Linux PCs.
Select Ethernut 1 for 32k RAM systems.

Actually these config tools simply copy Makedefs/Makerules and create
UserConf.mk, which could also be done manually.

Harald
