I saw some code in a magazine that did this as well. My memory is failing me in my old age ;-) Shouldn't be to hard to do. Just two lines, clk (input into atmel) and data (output to 8019). Then just count the clocks and spit out the right data when it is time. Tight assembly loop (or I can probably get away with it in C).
