All is Ok now, even in my application, I forgot this:
As well explained in http://www.ethernut.de/en/iccavr/index.html : " If you
define large arrays or structures as pointers and allocate them with malloc
from heap memory, your application will feel fine with this limitation.
However, sometimes your variables may not fit. In these cases, select
external SRAM of 32 kByte and replace crtnut.o by crtnutram.o in Other
Options".

It works here, using ICCAVR 6.30 Pro.

Smells like a wrong compiler setup. Switch off external mem and use Other
Options -ucrtnut.o x:\youriccpath\lib\nutinit.o
