[En-Nut-Discussion] Small patch for Ethernut 3.4.2

Hello!

I created a small patch agains Ethernut 3.4.2 that changes several definitions
from "char *" to "CONST char *". Is anyone interesting in my patch? It alters
no functionality but only cleans API of Ethernut. It will be nice to clean API
in this way in the next release of Ethernut.
