Hi Harald,
I would like to expand the SRAM space of Ethernut1. (--> 128 / 512K).
32K pagination has been already developed but '32K' as a primary work page
is not enough.
A16, A17 and upper addr RAM's bits.. Are connected to CPU's IO PD[7:4] for
pagined accesses to upper pages. /CS is connected to A15 yet.
Software to manage upper pages as files (Think to mask IT to avoid interrupt
during upper page accesses...) is OK.
Next step, '64K' as a primary page is from far better of course...
If I connect to the new SRAM's /CS = f(A15,A14,A13,A12,A11) (with e.g.
74HC138) to exclude RTL8019 space ($8000-83FF), it works? The RTL8019
remains idle during accesses in the 8400-FFFF space as expected ?
Thanks,
Jean Pierre
