    Don't think so. uart0 is on PE0,PE1 and is routed to the MAX through
74AHC4053 ISP switch. uart1 is on PD2,PD3 routed as I said above.
This on 1.3 rev F. on Rev G the 0 ohms resistors that need to be stuffed
to route uart1 to MAX are R32, R33.
