[En-Nut-Discussion] MMC Card interface to Ethernut

Hi,

The code there is interesting, and is read only and doesnot appear to handle
directories, etc, but it may well help.

I am looking at the MS Specs for FAT and I will probably just attempt FAT16,
but may do FAT12 and FAT32, depends on the time available.
