Hi.

I'd like to know if anyone had any thoughts of directly connecting an 
ATMEL128 with a Homeplug chip (IC) (Cogency or Intellon).

Would something like that be possible, how much work would it be and 
would it make sense. If somebody can imagine.

Cause both the harware and the software part would probably be tricky. 
With the hardware part we have the problem with 144 or more pins 
(multilayer PCB) and the software part is always tricky.
