[En-Nut-Discussion] Newbie - guide

Hello,
    I have got ethernut 1.3 starter kit. I have installed the uisp and
avr-gcc + tools on my linux box. I can compile the code of NutOS
however I am not able find any doc which suggests how I am supposed to
upload the code on my ethernut board. Also,  I am not able to find
.hex file for the NutOS application after compiling the code. I have
not done much investigation however I was wondering if somebody give
me a pointer to all this I might save some time.

PS. Is there some kinda of a quick guide which gives details regarding
how to compile the code and upload the code on the ethernut board?
