[En-Nut-Discussion] FAT and driver source for MMC available now

Hello,

now a MMC driver for Ethernut is available.
Take a look at http://www.usbdip.de/en/nutmmc/index.html, here
you will find "schematics", httpserv example application, and
the FAT/MMC driver source.

Thanks to Sylvain Bissonnette for the low level SPI functions.
