Hi Ronald,
INT5 is already used for the LAN Controller Interrupt.
If you look to the schematics sheet 3, you can see that
you can chage this to INT6 by removing R2 and mounting
R31 (on the back side).
But that would also require to change the driver or use
the Configurator with Nut/OS Version 3.9.3.
