Dear Harald,

I unfortunately must disappoint you.
I use WinAVR-20030424... and the win32 path is set according to the software
manual.

That caught me too when trying Linux.
Guess I did something wrong with packing.

Your compiler is too new. :-) I tried WinAVR-20040720, but
went back to WinAVR-20030913.
