Sorry, I missed to include the ifdef __GNUC__ in hd44780_bus.c. I've
just done so and also moved the device definition structure in sja1000.c
into the #ifdef block.

Sorry for the inconvenience... I've checked in the new versions.

Could you please compile it again to check if it's working again?
