[En-Nut-Discussion] Realtek eeprom emulation

Hello,

After studying in detail the Realtek eeprom emulation method, I found that
in Rev. G of the ethernut the reset pin of the RTL8019 is not connected to
the microcontroller. This means that after a reboot of the micrcontroller,
the RTL8019 is not fully re-initialized. Isn't it better to connect the
reset of the RTL8019 to the microcontroller?
