Hans,

make sure to select ICCAVR in the tree under Tools.

This should add
   MCU_ATMEGA128=enhanced
   MCU_ATMEGA103=atmega
   MCU=$(MCU_ATMEGA128)
to NutConf.mk when creating the build directory.
