[En-Nut-Discussion] Error compiling Nut/OS

I've followed the documentation step by step.
However I'm not able to succesfully compile the Nut/OS (391) with 
icc-avr (not the demo version!)

After selecting "Build Nut/OS" in the NutConf application I always get 
the following error messages:

make (e=2): Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden.

make: *** [all] Error 2
