Not that I would know one. But it should be not too complicated to write
one. We could use ussp (userspace serial port driver) to create a tty
and some deamon talking some kind of protocol over tcp/ip where an
ethernut board could be connected.

If you'r interested we could develop such a driver / deamon / ethernut
applicance for you.
