[En-Nut-Discussion] TCP probem

Hi all,
Sorry but i have several questions!

 >> When i use the functions :
NutTcpSetSockOpt(sock, SO_SNDTIMEO,&timeout,4);
NutTcpGetSockOpt(sock, SO_SNDTIMEO,&timesend,4);

The number in SO_SNDTIMEO is in second, millisecond or somethong else?

 >> What kind of problem can obstruct the function NutTcpConnect() to 
connect itself to a sever who works?
In fact, i've a random connection. I've to wait several minutes to have 
a good connection even though the program run all time.
Does anyone aleady have this kind of problem?
