Regarding processing power , it is impossible to answer
without knowing the exact requirements of the application.

Regarding memory resources, a simple HTTP server will
occupy roughly 1/4 of Ethernut's Flash and 1/3 of the RAM.

In general most of the memory will be used up by string
constants, images and that kind of stuff, seldom by
the code itself.
