[En-Nut-Discussion] Nut/OS Version 3.9.5 icc compilation is OK now

 Yes harald, it's fixed with 3.9.5.

Some files in include/cfg/ (arp.h chat.h dev.h etc...) must be manually set
because there are deleted by "generate build trees" configurator operation,
but ethernut is now fully icc-compiled without error.
But the ethernut1.3F doesn't start (...yet) and is freezed at RESET.
