Well... after deleting nut directory and reinstalling it. And then using 
different build and sample directories saved the day.

Though I think Jean Pierre seems to be having same "problem" that I had. 
   Perhaps better default directories in nutconf would be a good idea ? 
I have a feeling that in previous NutOS I have used same directory for 
it... Well... anyway thanks.
