[En-Nut-Discussion] wrong ack on tcp message.

Hello

I'm have a mp3 radio streamer on the ethernut.
Have a small problem.
Some times when the nut communicates with the server.
It will send ACK to the server for packages with a Seqnr that does not 
excist.
After ward it keeps sending duplicate ack to the server for the same 
packages that does not excist.
Does anyone has this problem or know what could cause this.
