[En-Nut-Discussion] compiling NutOS CVS Head with avr-gcc failes on nutcpp.c

Hi,

I copied both .avr-gcc files manualy. Now it works fine. It seems
that ./configure does not recreate Makedefs and Makerules. Perhaps a
problem in the configure script.
